Opening Hours, Contact, and Address of Klee Pharmacy Schwerin
For planning your visit, the opening hours are crucial. As of now, the Klee Pharmacy is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 and Saturday from 08:30 to 12:00; it is closed on Sundays. These times are consistently maintained on the pharmacy's official website and in major telephone and business directories. If you wish to contact the pharmacy outside of opening hours, you can do so via email at klee-apotheke-schwerin@gmx.de; for a direct inquiry on the next working day, it is advisable to call 0385 3923020. The postal address is Rostocker Str. 3, 19063 Schwerin – the location is in the residential area of Neu Zippendorf, where shopping facilities, healthcare providers, and public transport stops are within walking distance. Conveniently, the website prominently features the “Non-Binding Medication Reservation” function, allowing prescriptions or over-the-counter products to be set aside before the visit. This reduces waiting times, ensures the availability of rare items, and facilitates pickup for working individuals. Those needing documents for reimbursements (e.g., receipts, summary receipts) can announce these requests by phone – the team typically prepares them quickly. Organizational aspects are also communicated transparently: The Klee Pharmacy is managed by Svetlana Socolova e.Kfr.; it is registered in the commercial register at the Schwerin District Court under number HRA 3296. The supervisory authority is the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (LAGuS) Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, while the Pharmacists' Chamber of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is named as the professional representation. This information is important for patients who value traceable structures, quality assurance, and clear responsibilities. In summary: Fixed, reliable opening hours, clear contact details, and a transparent legal and operator structure make the visit planable and safe.
Directions by Tram and Bus as well as Parking at Berliner Platz
The Klee Pharmacy is easily accessible for customers from Schwerin and the surrounding area. Many passengers using public transport in Schwerin (NVS) orient themselves at the stops “Berliner Platz” and “Neu Zippendorf.” Both stops serve the southeastern city area with dense residential development and short distances to local suppliers; they are regularly serviced, and during construction work, the NVS temporarily implements replacement stops. Therefore, those planning their journey should check the NVS notices daily – especially if construction work is announced in the section Berliner Platz–Hegelstraße. From the mentioned stops, a short walk through the surrounding residential streets leads to Rostocker Str. 3. For drivers, parking at Berliner Platz is recommended: The city-operated parking facility there is a convenient starting point for trips into the neighborhood. Especially during peak times (morning, after work), it is advisable to use the designated parking areas at the square rather than searching for a parking spot in narrower residential streets. The specific parking conditions (management, possible maximum parking duration, or fees) are signposted on-site; those who visit regularly quickly develop a routine. Navigation devices can easily find the address via “Rostocker Str. 3, 19063 Schwerin.” For visitors traveling from further away, the Marienplatz junction in the city center is often a transfer point: Several tram lines of the NVS head south/east from there. Regardless of the chosen mode of transport, the last meters to the pharmacy are barrier-free in terms of short, level access and transitions in the residential area; however, temporary construction sites in the roadway can change routing and crossings – current notices from the NVS and the city of Schwerin assist with orientation. Those picking up medications for relatives benefit from the option to reserve the order in advance; this reduces the time spent on-site, which can be comfortable depending on the parking situation or transfer times in public transport. Thus, the Klee Pharmacy combines a local location with planable accessibility – a plus for everyday life.
Reserve Medications via App: How the Service Works in Schwerin
Digital support saves trips and time: The Klee Pharmacy offers the function “Non-Binding Medication Reservation” on its website as well as the use of a pharmacy app for iOS and Android. Customers can photograph or scan prescriptions, submit product requests, and arrange for pickup at the counter. The team checks availability, possible alternatives, and legal frameworks (e.g., exchange options for the same active ingredients) and prepares the goods for pickup. The great advantage: Those who are employed or care for relatives only need to come once – when everything is packed. The app also provides information about emergency service pharmacies nearby and helps check common interactions. This service is particularly useful for chronic medication or concurrently taken preparations, but it does not replace personal consultation on-site. The combination with a short phone call is practical: For inquiries about prescriptions (dosage, form) or the availability of rare items, the team can provide specific advice on which documents are useful for pickup. For chronic patients who repeatedly need the same preparations, it is worthwhile to regularly use the reservation service – this allows for coordination of pickup rhythms with doctor appointments and working hours. Additionally, health magazines (e.g., the Pharmacy Review, Senior Advisor, or Diabetes Advisor) are regularly published in the pharmacy, providing important background information; many contents are also available online. Those wishing to pick up sensitive or refrigerated medications should plan their journey to ensure the cold chain is maintained – the team advises on suitable transport solutions. The digital advance is also helpful for families: Children's medications and aids can be inquired in advance; if a product is not in stock, the pharmacy usually organizes a quick resupply. In summary: With reservation and app, the Klee Pharmacy links classic on-site expertise with digital comfort – transparent, practical, and reliable.
Customer Experiences and Reviews: What the Reviews Often Emphasize
Those wanting to get an impression of the service can rely on public review entries. Common sources include industry and telephone book portals that list the Klee Pharmacy along with address, contact, and opening hours. Typically, the number of Google reviews is also referenced; for the Klee Pharmacy Schwerin, a stock of three dozen entries is noted. In content, many reviews repeat some constants: the prompt service, helpful advice, and the benefit of pre-ordering for special preparations. It is also positively noted that inquiries – for example, about product variants or interactions – are taken seriously and answered practically. Where individual users have experienced deviations (for example, with interchangeable preparations with different manufacturer names), it becomes evident how important the explanation of equivalent active ingredients is: Even if the packaging changes, the medical effect remains comparable, provided the preparation is properly substituted. In these situations, dialogue at the counter is crucial – ideally combined with a quick look at the app or online information. For waiting situations, peak times in the morning are mentioned; the reservation via app or website helps to alleviate these. Critical notes – for example, about unfriendly moments in individual cases – should be taken seriously by pharmacy teams; the context is equally important: In lively shifts with high frequency, misunderstandings can sometimes arise that can be clarified in conversation. For first-time visitors, it is advisable to bring the insurance card and prescription completely; this speeds up the processing, especially with prescription changes. Overall, the publicly accessible review profiles convey the impression of a local, service-oriented point of contact whose strengths lie in reliable advice and pragmatic organization – exactly what many people need in everyday life.
Accessibility, Data Protection, and Legal Transparency: What the Imprint Reveals
Trust is also built through clear legal information. The imprint of the Klee Pharmacy clearly names the owner, registration entry, and supervisory structures: The pharmacy is managed by Svetlana Socolova e.Kfr.; it is registered in the commercial register of the Schwerin District Court under HRA 3296. The supervisory authority is the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (LAGuS) Mecklenburg-Vorpommern; the responsible chamber is named as the Pharmacists' Chamber of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. This information is relevant for patients who rely on reliable contacts in the healthcare sector. Additionally, the pharmacy describes the accessibility of its website: The online reservation meets the conformance level AA according to WCAG 2.1 or the applicable standard EN 301 549. This means that the central content is generally perceivable, operable, understandable, and robustly accessible – a plus for people with disabilities or for users who use assistive technologies. The privacy policy also explains that when accessing the contact page with the embedded map (HERE), usage data (e.g., IP address and browser information) is technically transmitted to the servers of the map provider. Such notices show that the pharmacy handles third-party content transparently and makes users aware of data flows. Also crucial for everyday practice is that contact details such as phone, fax, and email are openly communicated – this allows sensitive matters (e.g., prescription questions) to be clarified in a protected framework. Those interested in the processing of specific services (e.g., preparation of formulations or ordering rare preparations) should best address these points directly by phone; the team then provides concrete information on the process, timeframe, and any necessary documents. Overall, the imprint, accessibility, and data protection information underscore the professional and responsible working method of the Klee Pharmacy – a solid foundation for pharmaceutical care on-site.
Avoiding Location Confusions: Klee Pharmacies in Michendorf or Berlin are Different Providers
The search results for “Klee Pharmacy” often lead to different locations – including Schwerin, Michendorf (Brandenburg), or the Berlin district of Marzahn. Important for correct contact: These businesses are independent and have different addresses, phone numbers, opening hours, and online appearances. The Klee Pharmacy of this profile is located in Schwerin, Rostocker Str. 3 (Neu Zippendorf), with phone 0385 3923020 and email klee-apotheke-schwerin@gmx.de. In contrast, the Klee Pharmacy in Michendorf is located on Luckenwalder Straße and operates its own website with app ordering options; its opening hours and services are described separately there. In Berlin-Marzahn, the address Mehrower Allee 20 is historically associated with the name “Klee Pharmacy”; current directories sometimes list the “Sanimedius Pharmacy in Plaza Marzahn” there. For patients, this means: Always check which city and which address is being sought – especially when searching for “Klee Pharmacy” via navigation app or telephone book portal. A quick plausibility check (postal code, district) avoids misdirections and ensures that inquiries reach the correct branch. Typical signs of confusion are telephone area codes (0385 for Schwerin vs. 033205 for Michendorf or 030 for Berlin) and different postal codes. The contents of the websites also differ: The imprint of the Schwerin pharmacy names the owner Svetlana Socolova e.Kfr. and refers to the responsible authorities in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, while other locations list their own operators and supervisory information. Those searching regionally – for example, due to a move or a trip – can find direct links to the respective online appearances in the source references below. This allows for targeted contact with the desired pharmacy without information getting mixed up. In summary: “Klee Pharmacy” is a common name; to be sure, it helps to cross-check city, street, phone number, and imprint.
Location, Surroundings, and Practical Tips for the Visit
Neu Zippendorf is an area characterized by residential development in the southeastern part of Schwerin. This structure makes the Klee Pharmacy a convenient first address for residents in everyday life. Short distances, walking errands, and proximity to stops are decisive here. Those arriving by bus or tram usually use the Berliner Platz junction; depending on the time of day and construction activities (for example, track work), the NVS temporarily implements replacement buses there. Notices and postings from the transport company provide reliable orientation. For picking up temperature-sensitive medications, it is advisable to have a cooler bag and ice packs ready and to keep the distances as short as possible; the team advises on suitable transport times and storage instructions. For telephone inquiries: Have prescription and insurance data ready, spell out last names, and provide the date of birth – this avoids confusion and allows for quicker order allocation. Those picking up multiple preparations benefit from a short list of the needed items (possibly with dosage), so packing at the checkout goes quickly. For questions about interchangeable preparations (same active ingredient, different manufacturer), the team explains the differences in packaging, price, and co-payment, making the decision understandable. Parents and caregivers should ideally plan waiting times during quieter parts of the day, often in the early afternoon outside of classic peak times. For parking, a look at Berliner Platz is worthwhile, especially when organizing larger pickups; the signage on-site regulates duration and fees. For orientation in the neighborhood, the combination of a map and house number guidance system is suitable – Rostocker Straße is clearly marked, making number 3 easy to find. Even those primarily navigating digitally will find the central navigation points on the pharmacy's website: address, contact, opening hours, and reservation form. Finally, it is helpful to check supplies before longer weekends (holidays) and possibly reserve early; the emergency service notices on the website provide additional support in case of needs outside of opening hours. This way, a visit to the Klee Pharmacy can be reliably, time-saving, and comfortably organized.

I've always been very satisfied with this pharmacy. Unfortunately, today was different. I noticed that my medication had yet another different package with a different name. I asked, "Another different package?" The response was, "Yes, that's how it is." The young man who served me is, unfortunately, often quite rude. The women, on the other hand, are always very friendly.

I give this pharmacy 5 stars for its excellent service. The staff are professional and friendly. They don't allow queues and always deliver the medication you need.

Unfortunately, the friendliness and former helpfulness have declined significantly, especially since the young man started working there. He behaves very arrogantly and often uses inappropriate language, particularly towards older customers. If you visit this pharmacy, you should avoid being served by him, as there are also friendly female pharmacists there.

Even now, after moving to a new location, the service and high quality of advice remain the same. All employees are friendly and competent. Ample parking is available. We'd gladly use their services again.
