RAGNARÖEK brings fire, steel, and bagpipes to the storage anniversary

On September 4, 2027, THE STORAGE Schwerin celebrates its 31st anniversary with a concert by RAGNARÖEK. Starting at 6 PM, the energetic live atmosphere of Schwerin's medieval rock meets the unique backdrop of the historic venue on Röntgenstraße.

Medieval rock with a rough voice and driving riffs

RAGNARÖEK combines powerful melodies, rough vocals, intense guitars, and the distinctive sound of bagpipes. The band from Schwerin has represented a harder medieval rock since 2005, blending influences from Neue Deutsche Härte and the dark scene with archaic tones. On stage, a sound emerges that is a mix of metallic force, folkloric orchestration, and uncompromising stage performance.

From Schwerin to big festival stages

The band initially released a self-titled demo before their first album, Rache, was released in 2009 by Trollzorn Records. This was followed by Eiskalt in 2011 and Dornig in 2015. Performances at Wacken Open Air 2009 and Rockharz Festival 2015 are among the highlights in the band's history. Live, vocals, bagpipes, two guitars, bass, and drums shape the sound.

An anniversary evening with special live energy

At the storage, raw vocals, driving rhythms, and medieval tones meet an intimate club atmosphere. The audience can expect a concert experience with dense sound, powerful synchronization, and a crowd vibe that swings between singing along, headbanging, and communal celebration. The mix of folk elements and metal pressure makes the evening particularly interesting for fans of medieval rock and striking live shows.
