MEDLZ Christmas Lights: Advent Atmosphere with Groove and Goosebumps
On Sunday, December 6, 2026, St. Paul's Church Schwerin will transform into a festively illuminated sound world. At the Christmas concert MEDLZ Christmas Lights, the a-cappella pop band combines modern arrangements, fine voices, and emotional Advent moments into a concert experience for the whole family.
Four Voices, an Extraordinary Band Sound
Sabine Kaufmann, Nelly Palmowske, Juliane Köbe, and Joscheba Schnetter focus on musical diversity, precise synchronization, and innovative orchestration without a classical instrumental band. With clever use of vocal effects, a modern sound is created that makes the bass and groove palpable while preserving the clarity of a-cappella singing.
When the Church Becomes a Concert Hall
The festively illuminated St. Paul's Church provides the atmospheric setting for an evening of light, sound, and emotion. Warm voices meet the special acoustics of the church space, while the MEDLZ stage performance alternates between humor, charm, and emotional depth. This creates a live atmosphere that invites the audience to sit back, marvel, and sing along.
Advent with Humor and Musical Class
The program combines Christmas classics with modern interpretations and characteristic MEDLZ arrangements. The artists make their audience laugh, think, and dream. Their concert history includes several Christmas productions, including Christmas Album, Christmas Lights, Christmas Lights Vol. 2, and Christmas Lights Vol. 3. For their stage work, MEDLZ have been awarded the Freiburg Ladder; at the International A-cappella Competition in Graz, they received a gold diploma and second place in the pop category.
An Evening for the Whole Family
The Christmas Lights event is aimed at anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the pre-Christmas season for a few hours. The mixture of vocal precision, festive lighting, catchy melodies, and charismatic stage presence creates an audience atmosphere that makes Advent sound new.
Conclusion: Visitors can expect an atmospheric concert evening with virtuosic a-cappella singing, modern pop impulses, and touching Christmas moments. Those who want to experience MEDLZ in a special church atmosphere should mark December 6, 2026, and enjoy the evening live in Schwerin.
