Dirk Audehm opens the next suitcase full of covers in Schwerin
On Saturday, November 14, 2026, Dirk Audehm invites you to the premiere of ANOTHER SUITCASE FULL OF COVERS at werk3 / KlangWert in Schwerin. Accompanied by Thomas Möckel and Hannes Richter, a concert evening unfolds between personal stage performance, musical diversity, and immediate live atmosphere.
An evening between ballad, rock, and musical
Dirk Audehm combines well-known and less expected songs into a varied program. The setlist includes covers of Rio Reiser, Heinz Rudolf Kunze, Stephen Sondheim, Holger Biege, and Paul Kuhn. The musical range spans from contemplative ballads to striking rock to grand musical moments.
Intimate lineup, rich sound colors
With Thomas Möckel and Hannes Richter by his side, Audehm opts for a focused ensemble and direct communication with the audience. Between voice, instrumental accompaniment, and precise musical synchronization, a sound emerges that resonates particularly immediately in the small setting of werk3. The dramaturgy alternates between sentimental, humorous, and moving moments.
Songs that bring people together
Audehm describes the evening as an invitation to reinvent oneself repeatedly and to make previously unsung stories audible. In a time characterized by uncertainty, intolerance, and crises, the program focuses on shared experiences, hope, and the power of music. The concert connects musical reflections with an open, personal stage address.
Audience proximity at werk3 / KlangWert
The werk3 / KlangWert stands for an immediate concert and theater atmosphere. The closeness between the stage and the audience creates ideal conditions for an evening where every nuance, every smile, and every quiet passage becomes part of the concert experience. From the first ballad to the last applause, the audience’s mood stays close to the events.
Conclusion: A cover evening with a personal touch
ANOTHER SUITCASE FULL OF COVERS promises not an ordinary reflection, but a multifaceted musical journey with Dirk Audehm, Thomas Möckel, and Hannes Richter. Anyone who wants to experience ballads, rock, musical, and personal live moments in an intimate Schwerin concert hall should discover this evening live at werk3 / KlangWert.
